To quote Winston Churchill, “Just to paint is great fun!”

I paint primarily in pastel but also enjoy working in oil and Gouache.  In the beginning, like many new artists, I took some drawing and watercolor classes and puttered around with various mediums until I was introduced to pastels.  I loved the beautiful colors and the application of layers which results in sparkle and depth of color.  I was hooked and never looked back.
